Johnny Costa’s Ristorante Guests were invited to taste the authentic Italian brick oven pizza and mix and mingle. Kathy Condon, Dianne Schroder and Roxanne Mishler, were some of the invited on hand to try the new item. Johnny Costa, Sr. worked his magic in the kitchen as the rest of the Costa clan, Michelle, Nick, Vince, and Johnny, Jr. did their part to make the night a success.The hand-tossed thin-crust pizza comes with a variety of toppings. There’s the Napolitano Margherita Pizza, with buffalo Italian style mozzarella, fresh basil, fresh tomato sauce and a drizzle of olive oil, the Four Seasons with, prosciutto, olives, mushrooms and artichoke hearts, and the ever-popular pepperoni or vegetarian just to name a few. The pizza adds to the already impressive menu with favorites such as, Veal Saltimbocca, Chicken Cacciatore and fabulous Lasagna.Johnny Costa’s opens nightly at 5 p.m. (closed on Sunday), with Happy Hour from 5-7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
