The Palm Springs Desert Resort Communities Convention and Visitors Authority (CVA) held its first “Meet and See” of 2010 on Thursday, Jan. 14, at The Viceroy in Palm Springs, Calif. The CVA holds a “Meet and See’ mixer twice a month as a networking function for its members to showcase their businesses and invites potential new members as well. Members consist of business owners throughout the Coachella Valley, and the CVA offers a multitude of benefits to those who join, including events like the “Meet and See.”

It was a cool setting at The Viceroy for the CVA mixer, with the “Who’s Who” of the local business community converging by high top tables’ poolside, while hors d’oeuvres and beverages were passed. Mellow sounds by the DJ and the temperate night air completed the scene.

Attendees included, Reed Hellyer, executive director of The Desert Classic Concours D’Elegance; Kathleen Bennet of Resort Marketing; Ali Fuller-Babrowski of BTS Chocolates by Ali; and our own Elayna Garcia-Frieberg representing The Vein Doctor, just to name a few.
